Pakistan got a scare from Sri Lanka as they won the ODI Series by 2-0 with the first ODI being washed out at Karachi. ODI Series was played in Pakistan after 4 years; earlier in 2015 Pakistan had hosted Zimbabwe for a 3 match ODI Series and also for 3 T20I Series. There was a lot of security hype going around and as a result Sri Lanka’s 11 senior and experienced players pulled out of the tour as earlier in 2009 Sri Lanka’s bus had been attacked by terrorists and in that attack Mahela Jayawardene ,  Kumar Sangakkara , and many players got severely injured.

Pakistan’s new head coach and chief selector Misbah-ul- Haq showed faith in Sarfaraz as a skipper and that somewhat paid off as Pakistan avoided a humiliating ODI Series loss. Babar Azam once again was a rock in Pakistan’s batting line up as he scored 146 runs which included a 1 century, he has an impeccable technique of rotating the strike which what makes him a dangerous batsman. Fakhar Zaman the dashing batsman showed mental application this time as he controlled his shot making through off side which has been a weak point after his brilliance showcased in Champions Trophy 2017 and in this ODI Series he scored 130 runs which included 2 half-centuries. Haris Sohail the elegant batsman who had given Pakistan a glimmer of hope in the WC 2019 when the former captain and retired Shoaib Malik was struggling for form, he played match winning knocks and brought back the belief back in dressing room; once again showcased his shrewdness in finishing the matches as he scored 96 runs which included 1 half century. Sarfaraz the skipper while batting once again failed to control the innings of the team and when it came to captaincy he was marshalling his troops but at the same time he was fuming and shouting at the players a lot and this has been happening from the last 2-3 years which is a worry for the environment of the dressing room of Pakistan team and also for the Board. Usman Shinwari who missed out on WC berth as he did a reasonably good job against South Africa in South Africa but failed to live the expectations against Australia just before the WC, but this time he took 6 wickets which included 1 five wicket haul. Mohammed Aamir who recently announced his retirement from red ball cricket was a treat to watch in the white ball as he took 4 wickets. Wahab Riaz the veteran fast bowler wasn’t that much threatening with his reverse swing as a result he was taken to the cleaners by batsman and he took only 2 wickets. Shadab Khan the young leg spinner got a severe beating from the batsman but was also rewarded with 3 wickets. Pakistan displayed a mediocre performance in this ODI Series because Sri Lanka had a second-string team which would have been easily demolished but Pakistan lacked the skill of wrapping up the game which is badly needed if you want to win against Champion teams.

Sri Lanka’s second-string team which was led by the experienced Lahiru Thirimanne was awful when it came towards batting as he throwed an invaluable start in which he had done all the hard work because even after playing more than 125 ODI matches he has to sit on the bench. Danushka Gunathilaka who has been in and out of the team from the last year or two made the most of this opportunity as he notched up an attacking century and scored 147 runs which included a knock of 133 runs in the 3^rd ODI match. Avishka Fernanado who is considered as the next big thing in the Sri Lanka was woeful throughout the ODI Series. Shehan Jayasuriya was a complete package which Sri Lanka needed as he scored 99 runs which included a courageous knock of 96 runs in the 2^nd ODI match where Sri Lanka were almost blown away in the run chase even before 15 overs were finished. And he was also economical with his right arm off breaks. Dasun Shanaka the fast arm medium bowling allrounder was sumptuous when it came towards clean hitting as he scored 111 runs which included a knock of 68 runs in 2^nd ODI when the run chase was looking gloomy. Nuwan Pradeep who was the most experienced bowler in the team didn’t took wickets in the crunch situations and was also expensive but was rewarded with 2 wickets. Wanidu Hasaranga the right arm leg spinner lead the spin department as he took 3 wickets and was also economical; he came into the team as Akila Dananjay the right arm off spinner has been suspended by the ICC for illegal bowling action which has happened for the second time in a year. Isuru Udana and Lahiru Kumara failed to mark a point in this ODI Series. Sri Lanka could have definitely created an upset and perhaps won the ODI Series also only if they would have avoided batting collapses which now has been taking place on a consistent basis from the last couple of years and the bowlers of Sri Lanka should bowl in partnerships to pick wickets in regular intervals; but overall the performance of Sri Lanka was a decent one with new faces who were in and out of team made a mark that Sri Lankan cricket team also has a type of benchmark.

India would rue the fact that they missed a golden opportunity by not demolishing South Africa because their victory in the 3^rd T20I has given them self-belief that if they can do the small things perfectly then they can definitely create some sort of havoc in the opposition team’s mind and in dressing team because after this T20I Series there is TEST Series of 3 Matches where the confidence of team rises after all the skipper of the 3 formats of team India is Virat Kohli only.  Both the teams won 1 match each with the first T20I match washed out at Dharamsala.  Virat Kohli once again proved to be pivotal to India’s batting line up where he played the role of anchor and once he was settled, he dismantled the opposition with his witty style of cricket which is sumptuous in this modern era of T20 cricket as he scored 81 runs in T20I Series. Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma both these batsmen need to figure out who is going to be the aggressor and a team’s innings builder batsman as both the batsman failed to convert their starts into a half century. Shikhar Dhawan had a good outing in this T20I Series where he scored 76 runs and now it can be said that the right and left-handed combination works for Rohit Sharma as he doesn’t need to play attacking shots from ball 1. The buzz in this T20I Series was all about Rishabh Pant whether he can fulfill the expectations of team and selectors and fill the shoes of the legendary MS Dhoni as we all know that there is uncertainty regarding the future of MS Dhoni as a T20I wicket keeper batsman who now has taken an indefinite break but also made it clear that he is available for selection after the month of November and to make things more intricated and convoluted within a span of 1 year from November there is ICC T20 World Cup 2020 which is in Australia. Rishabh Pant has played T20I’s in Australia, New Zealand and West Indies but still he needs to figure out the shot selection technique otherwise his batting style and approach would be nothing but a piece of crap. Rishabh Pant failed miserably in both the innings and now there is a question mark regarding the career of Rishabh Pant as a batsman because in the middle order of India there are immensely experienced batsman who are waiting in the wings in the form of Suresh Raina and Dinesh Karthik who have the caliber to take out team from macabre and anxious situations. For Rishbah Pant the things have turned out to be ugly too quickly because just before this T20I Series he played an unbeaten match winning knock of 65 runs against the current T20 World Cup Champions West Indies team in August.  In the spin department there are concerns regarding whether Ravindra Jadeja is a partnership breaking bowler or a bowler who is being used to get rid of overs in a prompt time. In the absence of the star studded bowling line up who were given a sabbatical as they had an exhausting cricket calendar year : Bhuveneshwar Kumar,  Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal. The bowlers of team India displayed a decent performance. India has got quality bench strength which is invaluable.  With the T20 World Cup being at the door steps away team India’s middle order looks fragile and from the last 3-4 years the onus is always on India’s top 3 batsman to deliver each and every time and if unfortunately India’s top 3 batsman are dismissed due to impeccable bowling and bowling friendly conditions then the other team members don’t form a partnership and stabilize the innings and India desperately need team work which should take the team out of the tricky situation and a recent example of such incident which took place was in the Semi Final of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 against the mighty New Zealand.

# For South Africa

South Africa in this T20I Series chose a new skipper in the form of Quinton De Kock who was exceptional throughout the T20I Series where he was marshalling his troops and he made sure that he is leading the team from the front and he made a statement to the cricketing world that he might not be a dashing and destructive batsman in this modern era but he has the skill of targeting the bowlers and finding the gaps which is a unique and marvelous characteristic as he amassed 131 runs.  Temba Bavuma who is often referred to as a TEST match player got his chance in this T20I Series and his style of batting proved to be innocuous as he was keen on rotating the strike but at the same time his strike rate proved to be an issue for the team but as a debutant he showed great mental application as a result he scored 76 runs. As the bowling department of South Africa didn’t consisted of Dale Steyn and the veteran Imran Tahir as both the bowlers were given a break due to which there was a lot of pressure on Kagiso Rabada to lead the bowling attack and he did a reasonably good job as he was used in the middle overs and in death overs due to which the rhythm of the opponent team’s inning gets a bit shattered. Bjorn Fortuin had a dream T20I Series as he was a tyro bowler who had no experience of playing cricket in India as he took 3 wickets. The entire bowling unit of South Africa was juvenile but they displayed a lot of character as drawing a T20I Series against a puissant team does not happen overnight.  The South African team still has a lot to ponder over their opening combination, captaincy, middle order and the availability of senior bowlers but currently the team has got a belief that they can outclass the opposition after all the game of cricket is being played on the field not on the paper.

The Section 375 of Indian Constitution is byzantine because even if the consent is given by the woman but after that if she changes her mind by saying that she was threatened, manipulated, scared etc. then the man is given a tag of rapist even before any conviction and conclusive evidence by the prosecution and by the society. This is a grave mistake which a man commits only for the sake of dozen minutes enjoyment. The woman of India should not use this Section 375 for the sake of revenge, fame, personal & professional enmity etc.  because the odds are always, we can also say definitely in the favor of the prosecution. The judges who handle this case of rape and sexual assault should not forget that a man’s reputation is his whole and soul for his professional and personal life. There is no question of doubt against the torture which a woman goes through in rape (sexual assault) but at the same time the women should be professional in their work and field and also, they need to be sturdy in their defense if the things turn out to be ugly. The Indian Constitution of India states that all the citizens of the country are equal before the law then why there is discrimination between two citizens on the basis of emotional trauma?

In USA (United States of America) Horse Race betting is legal in 38 of the 50 states. But the online horse racing betting is legal in each and every state of USA. Some states allow betting only at certain tracks and some will prohibit betting a track in the bettor’s home track. Horse Racing is a game with more skill and it’s pretty clearly defined as gambling. Cricket originated in England but the betting in cricket got started in South Africa legally. The term legally means that in South Africa the betters pay the tax and then do betting. • In 2010 Pakistan’s former captain Salman Butt took the money and he told the fast bowlers Mohammed Asif and Mohammed Aamir to deliberately bowl the no balls and this incident of spot fixing was caught red handed by ICC’s Anti-Corruption Bureau and it was telecasted on Sky Sports of England and after all the incident was shown on Television Salman Butt, Mohammed Aamir and Mohammed Asif all the three players were sent to jail for a  span of 5 years for breaching the code of conduct and corrupting the game and this punishment seemed to be befitting for the trio and a lesson for the future cricketers to never ever do spot fixing

• In 2013 India’s former fast bowler Sreesanth was involved in a spot fixing incident where he was caught by the Delhi Police for doing spot fixing in the 6^th edition of the IPL and along with him there were two more cricketers involved which were Ankeet Chavan and Ajit Chandila. All these 3 cricketers were banned for life by BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) and even today they are not allowed to play as the bans are not lifted. Recently Sreesanth had appealed in High Court and he got his case won and he said that he wants to play again for India and he pleaded innocent but BCCI is ignoring the case of Sreesanth whereas the other 2 cricketers are out of action

The culture of New Zealand is highly driven Western Culture which is influenced by a distinctive and unique surrounding and the geographic isolation of the islands and there are also various types of waves of the multi ethnic migration which is followed by the British Colonization of the New Zealand. The culture of New Zealand is influenced predominantly by the European and Maori. The biennial Te Matatini festival which first was held in the year of 1972 which celebrates the Maori Culture which is the traditional dance of New Zealand and the song performances are known to be as “Kapa Haka”. The Maori’s are the originating in a certain area (indigenous) inhabitants of New Zealand. Pakeha culture which is usually synonymous with the New Zealand European Culture and this derives from that the British, particularly English people who colonized New Zealand in the 19^th Century. In New Zealand the greeting method is a unique one where both the people press their noses briefly which is out of the box way of greeting.  To say hello in New Zealand’s language. The cricket team of New Zealand has a culture which the other countries try to imitate as Australia’s former Coach Darren Lehmann says often that Australia and other countries need to imbibe the culture of New Zealand Cricket Team. The New Zealand athletes play with benevolent attitude whenever they are playing even when they are playing against their arch rivals Australia and this rivalry is popularly known to be as Trans Tasmanian Rivalry. The students should be given proper knowledge about the cons of the junk food and the health awareness should be created in the student’s mind which would definitely change the current scenario. The parents should also be intense regarding their pupil’s health and if their child keeps preferring fast food over a healthy and balanced diet then it’s the parent’s failure in guiding their child in a relevant manner. The students should also take into consideration that if they keep preferring junk food then it would have a bad impact on their study and health. The students should discard junk food because the junk food gives them only a little bit of pleasure but in the long term it is harmful to the human body

The traffic police have started a new way of making citizens aware of helmet; they click the photos of vehicles and then send with the help of the Whatsapp and then send the receipt to the person at the home i.e. the vehicle registered at the person’s name gets a receipt of around 500 Rs for not wearing a helmet. This method has made the citizens a little bit aware of wearing helmets. The citizens should keep in mind that buying a helmet of around 200 to 300 Rs is better than paying for a receipt.

This whole system or we can say the process has been going on from the last 3-4 months. The citizens need to be careful while driving vehicles as the road accidents are at a rise and if the citizens wear the helmet and drive the vehicles cautiously then the road accidents would be stopped. This way of making the citizens’ alert regarding the helmet has made the people active regarding wearing the helmets. The citizens argue by saying that the condition of roads is not appropriate for driving the vehicles and they also say that by wearing a helmet they are not able to see the vehicles coming from all the sides; but the logic behind wearing a helmet is simple that the people would be safe and the citizens have to make a habit of wearing a helmet then and then only they would be able to sort out their problems.
